GREAT LAKES COTONS  APPLICATION FOR PURCHASE
Please contact me before submitting the puppy application.

If you would like to add one of my puppies to your family, the first step is a phone
interview.  I will answer any questions you may have.  If we both agree one of
my puppies would be a good fit for your family; the next step would be to submit
my puppy application.

I AM CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS AND DEPOSITS FOR
SKYLAR'S PUPPIES BORN ON 8-06-2016 and BUBBLES PUPPIES B
ORN ON 8-21-2016.
TEMPERAMENT:  Cotons, generally speaking are fun loving, easy going, laid back and gentle.  Their
temperament can vary from being more reserved to more outgoing.  We stress early socialization and expose the
pups to an assortment of different types of stimulation; sights, sounds, scents and people of all ages and sizes.
This will be the basis for building a sound, strong relationship with your new puppy.  Once a puppy goes to his
new home, he will be tremendously influenced by the amount of time his new owners spend with him and how he
is socialized to a variety of different situations.  We require Coton puppy owners to enroll their puppy in a puppy
socialization/training class.
HEALTH:  Our puppies are checked two times by a veterinarian and given their first two sets of vaccinations.  On
the ten week old visit, the veterinarian fills out and signs the health report.  The health report is included in the
puppy package that is sent home with the puppy.  The pup is sold, AS IS.  We cannot guarantee that a health
problem or a fault would not show up later.  The seller agrees to replace the pup within the first 12 months of life,
should the pup develop a serious LIFE THREATENING, GENETIC defect or Genetic idiopathic agression (defined
as an inappropriate, unprovoked aggression that cannot be ameliorated through training)..
